Bettina Weiss received her M.Sc. (Diplomingenieur) and her Ph.D.
(Doctor technicae) in Computer Science from Vienna University of
Technology in 1997 and 2002. Since 2003 she is an Assistant Professor
at the Embedded
Computing Systems group at TU Vienna's Institute of Computer
Engineering. Her research interests focus on distributed algorithms and
sparse networks, her teaching on the bachelor level concentrates on
microcontrollers and embedded systems.
